MOSA Hibachi & Sushi Japanese Express Miami: The Best Hibachi and Sushi Experience in Miami, OK

I got the steak and chicken Hibachi and honestly was way too much food, it tasted great, but it came with yumyum sauce and I'm not a fan, I'd prefer mustard or ginger sauce. $15 for all that food is a great value.

Food from here is always good. The hibatchi even tastes better than some of those live cook hibatchi places. The sushi is really good as well. They do well to take care of the food when making it. Never had much of any issues with service it would be nice if there where more of these places with dine in.

My absolute favorite place to eat, I've never had a meal that tastes better than the fancy shrimp roll and a side order of steak.

Update 3.12.2024: I decided to give this food truck another shot, not a lot to choose from in Miami. The staff was greatly improved, as well as the food. The rolls are a little heavy on the rice side, but the ingredients are fresh. They were fairly speedy, too. Easy to get to location, but not a location that you'd want to use the picnic tables to eat. Thanks for working on the quality of food and service. Stopped in for dinner while visiting family. Thought it was strange that when I went to order the cashier send to encourage us to leave because it would take a while, served like maybe it was because she needed to get back to her cell phone. We ordered anyway, and it did take a little bit, but overly crazy. The rolls were a kind of average, I've had better at grocery stores. The really annoying part was they weren't cut all the way through, not the best situation when sharing rolls as they just fell apart and made a mess. The worst part for me was all the people standing at the window smoking. I guess that's okay here? When my buzzer went off and I went to the window to pick up our order the cashier didn't even make eye contact, let alone say a single word to me. I really hate tipping before service, definitely wouldn't have left the tip I gave her knowing how the service was. So if you prefer a so-so roll and subpar service, stop in.

2023 Update: Still awesome! Love the new custom boxes for the rolls. Always great food and service! Fresh made hibachi and sushi on a stationary food truck. The bento boxes are our favorite along with the Mosa Roll.

I think we eat here at least once a week, I'm inlove with their chicken and shrimp hibachi. I'm not a fan of sushi but people in town say it's the best around. Their spring rolls are also a must have on the side with their duck sauce. If you haven't try I do recommend.

Food was good. I had the Miami Roll which was excellent (a tad more rice than I care for) and the Hibachi Chicken. Cool little set up in front if the truck to sit and eat. I deducted 1 star for the hair I found on top of my chicken. Accidents happen, just watch out when packaging.
